Anibal is a chartered accountant with over twenty years of experience in auditing and finance. His career was developed at Price Waterhouse Coopers, as well as in the Private Industry in companies such as Grupo de Empresas La Caridad and Corporación Grupo Químico. Among other activities, he acts as main commissioner of Ford Motor de Venezuela, S.A., Ford Motor Credit, S.A., Vehículos Mazda de Venezuela, C.A., Auto Ambar, C.A., Danaven, S.A., Tuboauto, S.A., TI Group de Venezuela, C.A, Alimentos Kellogg, C.A. Rhodia Acetow Venezuela, C.A., Michelin de Venezuela, S.A. y Alimentos Heinz, C.A.; and substitute commissioner of the Industrial Chamber of Carabobo State and Owens Illinois de Venezuela, S.A .
On 1999 founded the “Pérez Hernández y Asociados” firm, and was responsible for the auditing services.
